Cosmetic Neurotoxins (Botox)

Your guide to wrinkle-relaxing treatments designed for subtle, refreshed results.

Results from neuromodulator injections typically start becoming noticeable within 5-7 days post-treatment, with full effects usually visible within two weeks.

Effects of neuromodulators typically last around 3-4 months. However, individual results may vary based on metabolism and muscle activity. With consistent treatments, many clients find their results last longer over time.

Neuromodulators are used to address dynamic wrinkles caused by repeated muscle movements. The appropriate time to begin varies though preventative treatments starting at 30 can significantly delay the onset of deep wrinkles and fine lines.

Botox®, Dysport®, Jeuveau®, and Xeomin® are all FDA-approved neurotoxins used to relax targeted facial muscles that cause wrinkles and fine lines. While they work in a very similar way, each has subtle differences that can affect how they perform for different individuals.

  • Botox® is the most well-known and widely used neurotoxin. It has a long track record for treating fine lines and wrinkles and delivers predictable, natural-looking results.
  • Dysport® tends to spread a bit more than other neurotoxins, which can make it a great option for larger treatment areas like the forehead. Some patients notice results slightly sooner compared to other products.
  • Jeuveau® is often referred to as a “newer generation” neurotoxin. It was developed specifically for aesthetic use and is popular among younger patients or those looking for smooth, refreshed results with a modern approach.
  • Xeomin® is considered a “pure” neurotoxin because it contains no added accessory proteins. This can be beneficial for patients who have developed resistance to other neurotoxins or who prefer a more minimalist formulation.

The best neurotoxin for you depends on your facial anatomy, muscle strength, treatment goals, and how your body responds. During your consultation, we’ll customize your treatment to ensure the most natural, balanced, and beautiful results.

Most people experience minimal discomfort during neuromodulator i njections, often described as a slight pinch. Providers may use numbing cream or ice to alleviate any discomfort.

We also use NavaClick syringe technology which has been proven to improve client comfort. To Learn More About Our NavaClick Syringes, Click Here!

Neurotoxins are commonly used to treat areas such as the forehead, frown lines between the brows, and crow’s feet. They can also be used in select areas to create a subtle brow lift, soften lip lines, correct chin dimpling, correct a gummy smile, subtly enhance the volume of your lips (lip flip), lift the tip of the nose, or address other facial concerns based on your anatomy and goals.

No. When administered with expert technique, neurotoxins soften movement without eliminating natural expression. Our approach focuses on subtle, balanced results—never a frozen appearance.

Typically, neuromodulator treatments are repeated every 3-4 months to maintain results. Your provider will create a personalized treatment plan based on your needs.

Neurotoxins address movement-related wrinkles, while fillers restore volume and structure. During your consultation, we’ll determine the best approach—or combination—to achieve your desired results.

Dermal Fillers

Your guide to restoring volume, enhancing features, and achieving balanced results.

Dermal fillers are injectable gels used to restore volume, smooth wrinkles, and enhance facial contours by replenishing lost substances like hyaluronic acid. They work by attracting and retaining moisture, adding volume to the treated area.

The duration of dermal fillers varies based on the type of filler used and the treated area, but they typically last between 6 months to 2 years before gradually being absorbed by the body naturally.

Dermal fillers can be used to treat various facial areas, including lips, cheeks, under-eye hollows, nasolabial folds, marionette lines, and jawline contours/chin. Fillers can even be used to rejuvenate the hands.

Yes. Our philosophy prioritizes facial harmony and natural enhancement. The goal is to refine and restore—not overfill—so results appear soft and balanced.

Most patients experience minimal discomfort during dermal filler injections. A topical numbing cream can be applied before the procedure to enhance comfort.

The number of sessions required can vary based on individual goals and skin condition. Your practitioner will discuss a personalized treatment plan with you during your consultation. Sometimes optimal results are achieved in a single sessions, others may need additional sessions.

It is highly recommended to schedule your dermal filler appointment 2-4 weeks before an important event, (with 6 weeks ideal for major events like weddings to allow for any follow-up tweaks) to allow swelling, redness, and any bruising to subside.

While results are visible almost immediately, fillers require time to settle, blend, and look natural.

Neurotoxins address movement-related wrinkles, while fillers restore volume and structure. During your consultation, we’ll determine the best approach—or combination—to achieve your desired results.

Skincare Products (SkinCeuticals)

Your guide to advanced skincare backed by science and designed to optimize your results.

SkinCeuticals is a professional, science-backed skincare line formulated with pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and concentrations not typically found in over-the-counter products. Each formula is clinically researched to prevent, protect, and correct visible signs of aging while supporting long-term skin health.

All final formulations are subjected to rigorous clinical studies in order to obtain this scientifically validated proof that they deliver on their claims. The clinical studies are dermatologist-controlled. Biomarker testing is performed to evaluate action within the skin, and final formulations are tested on volunteer patients' skin to assess product performance under "real life" conditions before any product is released.

Integrated skincare means approaching your skin as a whole, not treating concerns in isolation. We thoughtfully combine professional treatments with clinically proven, at-home skincare to support, enhance, and maintain your results over time. By aligning injectables, in-office services, and personalized skincare routines, we help improve overall skin quality, protect your investment, and promote healthier, more radiant skin long after your appointment truly optimizing your treaments.

Absolutely! Professional treatments deliver powerful results, but medical-grade skincare is essential for maintaining and enhancing those results at home. A consistent, personalized skincare regimen helps protect your investment, improve skin quality, and prolong the benefits of in-office treatments.

Yes. SkinCeuticals offers targeted formulations for a wide range of skin types and concerns, including sensitive, dry, oily, acne-prone, and aging skin. Our providers will guide you toward the products best suited for your individual skin needs.

Absolutely. SkinCeuticals is designed to complement professional treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, facials, and GLP-1's. Certain products can even help optimize results and support skin recovery when used as part of a post-treatment routine. We will help you build a professional medical-grade skincare routine at home based on your skin type, goals, and professional treatments.

Many clients notice improvements in hydration, brightness, and texture within the first few weeks of consistent use. More significant changes—such as improved tone, firmness, and reduction in fine lines—develop gradually over time as skin health is restored and maintained. These changes are typically seen sooner when paired with aesthetic treatments such as injectables, lasers, and facials, however.

Not necessarily. While a complete routine offers the most comprehensive results, even incorporating a few key products—such as an antioxidant serum, sunscreen, or corrective treatment—can make a noticeable difference. Our providers can help you build a routine that fits your goals and lifestyle.

Yes. Many SkinCeuticals products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind and are dermatologist-tested for safety. If you have sensitivities or specific concerns, we will carefully recommend products appropriate for your skin type.

Preventative skincare helps protect the skin from environmental damage and premature aging before visible concerns fully develop. Starting early with clinically proven ingredients allows you to preserve skin health, maintain youthful-looking skin longer, and age more gracefully over time.

While some products may be available for purchase, we highly recommend a consultation to ensure you’re selecting the most effective products for your skin. Personalized guidance allows us to align your skincare routine with your treatments and long-term goals.

Our providers are happy to create a customized skincare plan based on your skin type, concerns, and treatments. This ensures you’re using the right products in the correct order for optimal results.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BioTe)

Your guide to hormone optimization designed to restore balance from within.

Biote Pellets are tiny, custom-compounded therapies (about the size of a grain of rice) for symptoms that stem from hormonal imbalances. The Biote Method is designed to help keep a patient’s hormone levels consistent throughout the day. The pellet therapy that Biote trains on uses hormones that are bioidentical to those found in the human body rather than many other forms of hormone replacement which may be considered biosimilar rather than identical.

Yes—BioTE® bioidentical hormone pellets are suitable for both women and men. Hormonal imbalances can affect anyone and may lead to symptoms such as fatigue, weight changes, mood shifts, brain fog, low libido, and difficulty sleeping.

BioTE® pellet therapy is customized for each individual using comprehensive lab testing, a detailed health history, and your specific symptoms. Women and men receive different hormone formulations and dosing based on their unique needs and goals.

The pellets are placed just beneath the skin and deliver a consistent, steady dose of bioidentical hormones over several months, helping to restore balance in a way that closely mimics the body’s natural hormone production.

Our approach is personalized, safe, and results-driven, ensuring both women and men receive treatment tailored to support energy, vitality, and overall well-being.

Bioidentical hormones are man-made hormones that have the exact same chemical structure as those your body naturally produces, used to treat hormonal imbalances from menopause, aging, or other conditions. The approach to BHRT using pellets may help avoid unwanted side effects.

If you're interested in Biote pellets, or just HRT in general, you will first want to schedule an appointment with our main office, Health Solutions. Our phone number is 708-802-9355. We will do your initial consultation there (same building) and order some blood work after discussing all of the possible treatment options that may suit you.

Once we get the blood work results back, you will schedule your pellet-insertion appointment with us at Aesthetic Solutions using the booking link on this page, or click here! Please call us through either Health Solutions or Aesthetic Solutions if you have any questions about this process!

The Biote procedure is a minimally invasive minor surgical procedure done in office. We numb a small area (usually the upper buttocks) with local Lidocaine so you do not feel any pain during the procedure. Pressure is normal. We then make a small incision to insert tiny, custom-compounded bioidentical hormone pellets just under the skin with a specialized tool. We then close the small incision with steri strips and a pressure dressing that will remain in place for 3 days for women and 7 days for men.

The process typically takes under 30 minutes and offers steady hormone release for months.  Blood thinners and NSAIDs should be stopped prior to the procedure. You are able to drive yourself to and from your appointment, we do not give any anesthesia or medication that would impair your ability to drive.

The recovery process is simple! You may take Tylenol as needed for any discomfort once the lidocaine wears off, but avoid Ibuprofen or Aspirin for the first day.

For Women:

  • No submerging in water (hot tubs, pools, saunas, bath tubs) for 3 days. (Showering is okay - definitely shower as normal!)
  • No strenuous glute exercises for 3 days (examples: squats, lunges, etc.)
  • Leave the dressing on for 3 days, let the steri strips fall off on their own.

For Men:

  • No submerging in water (hot tubs, pools, saunas, bath tubs) for 7 days. (Showering is okay - definitely shower as normal!)
  • No strenuous glute exercises for 7 days (examples: squats, lunges, etc.)
  • Leave the dressing on for 7 days, let the steri strips fall off on their own.

Each hormone replacement therapy patient’s symptoms are unique; so is each patient’s path to hormone optimization. Most hormone therapy patients report some relief in as little as four weeks or sooner, but full optimization may take up to six months or more. The bioidentical hormone replacement therapy journey is customized to fit each individual patient’s specific needs.

Every person’s body is different, but at the end of a pellet cycle or when stopping pellet therapy altogether, symptoms of fatigue, low mood and sleeplessness may recur. Typically, your symptoms will return to the same state prior to BHRT as your estrogen and testosterone levels begin to drop.

While you might think of testosterone as a “male” hormone, it does play a vital role in your hormonal landscape as a woman as well, especially as balance starts to shift in perimenopause and menopause. As you age, testosterone levels often naturally decline, leading to changes in muscle mass, energy levels, mood, and sexual health. For many women, testosterone therapy can be a potential solution to ease some of these menopausal symptoms, though not every woman requires testosterone.

This is why we do a blood draw prior to pellet insertion. We use those lab results to calculate your optimal hormone dosing, for both estrogen and testosterone.

Great question! Schedule a consultation with our main clinic, Health Solutions, at 708-802-9355 (same building) so we can discuss your symptoms and get some blood work ordered!
